Happy New Year! As we welcome 2025, I’m taking a moment to reflect on everything I’m grateful for over the past year. First and foremost, I’m thankful for you my amazing yoga community. Whether you’ve joined me in person, online, or through this blog, your presence has made this journey so special.
I’m also grateful for the little things:
• The shared laughter during classes (especially when we wobble together).
• The connections we’ve built, reminding me how powerful community can be.
• And, of course, the quiet moments on the mat where we find a breath of peace amidst the chaos.

Gratitude isn’t about everything being perfect—it’s about finding joy in the wobbles, laughs, and small victories. By focusing on these moments, we create space for new possibilities. Let’s welcome this year with open hearts, letting go of what no longer serves us to make room for growth, creativity, and fresh opportunities.
So, as you look ahead, try these lighthearted intentions:
1. Roll out your mat more – Even if all you do is sit and breathe.
2. Celebrate wins – Big or small, they all count!
3. Laugh often – Especially at yourself when yoga doesn’t go to plan.
4. Be kind – To yourself and others.
5. Create space – For new ideas, growth, and unexpected joys.
Here’s to another year of mindful movement, belly laughs, and limitless possibilities. Thank you for being part of my life and my practice you make it all worthwhile. See you on the mat!
With heartfelt gratitude,
Linda xo
