Autumn is here, and it’s time to do what nature does best – let that sh*t go!
As the leaves fall and the air gets crisper, our bodies and minds are ready for a reset. Autumn invites us to ground ourselves, release what’s weighing us down, and prepare for the slower pace of winter.

Shedding what no longer serves us (let that sh*t go)
This season is all about shedding what no longer serves us. Just as the trees drop their leaves, we too can let go of stress, tension, and all the stuff that’s been cluttering our minds.
In our yoga practice, this means focusing on grounding postures like Warrior and Tree Pose to keep us steady and balanced, even when life feels like it’s spinning around us. It’s about rooting down, staying strong, and finding peace in the chaos.
Making space with movement and yoga
Autumn is also the perfect time for forward folds and twists – think of it as wringing out all that stagnant energy. We’re making space for something new, both physically and mentally. And let’s not forget about breathwork! Deep belly breaths and alternate nostril breathing are perfect for calming the mind and bringing us back to centre.
